Les Afriques dans le monde (LAM) sont nées en 2011 de la fusion entre le Centre d'étude d'Afrique noire (CEAN, Sciences Po Bordeaux) et le Centre d'études et de recherches sur les pays d'Afrique orientale (CREPAO, Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, UPPA).
