Abstract:	SNHB is a Public Enterprise which reports to Government via the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The Board’s mandate is to provide affordable housing which entails acquiring property, construction and carrying out of housing schemes. To fulfill this mandate, SNHB has, since its inception, constructed rental accommodation for low and middle income earners and further built township developments where Swazis are afforded the opportunity to purchase plots and houses for ownership.
