The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a political foundation, closely associated with the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU). Its basic principles are Freedom, justice and solidarity. In Namiba KAS helps to consolidate the democratic constitution and the political and socio-economic participation of disadvantaged groups (women) in Namibia through socio-political educational and training programmes.
